Short version of a bit about me... As an Executive Coach & Organizational Development Professional my focus is on human development at work.
My approach is working in partnership with my clients to effect the desired change. Changes that result in more meaningful and effective ways of leading both personally and professionally.
More specifically, the type of change that increases our effectiveness and sense of purpose, thereby decreasing cynicism and hopelessness, and ultimately leading to sustainable systems transformation.
Over the past 30 years, I have had the privilege of partnering with leaders. What I have learned in those partnerships, is that the challenges or wicked issues facing leaders today are more acute and complex than ever.
My hope is to create a space for you, where you see possibility and lasting change as achievable within your organization and, more broadly, our complex world.
